Call to Order: Ms. Hai called the meeting to order at 7:00 ..

CommitteeÈs Report to the November 2, 2015, STM #1
The Committee discussed the Draft #2 of its report to that STM. While it still contained only
a preliminary input to the text related to Article 2 (Appropriate For School Facilities Capital
Projects), it did contain inputs for Articles 3 (Land Purchase and ImprovementsÄ
20 Pelham Road) and 4 (Appropriate For Engineering StudyÄ20 Pelham Road), and dollar
amounts and disposition based on the draft Motions provided by the Board of SelectmenÈs
Office.
Ms. Hai advised that Mr. Cole would be providing the Committee his updated input for the
Article 2 text before the CommitteeÈs next meeting on December 4, 2015. Mr. Kanter said
that upon receipt of that updated input, he would provide the Committee members a Draft
#3 of its report including that input.
With the understanding that the complete report would be addressed at the next meeting:
A Motion was made and seconded to recommend Approval of Article 2. Vote: 4Ã0
A Motion was made and seconded to recommend Indefinite Postponement of Article 3.

A Motion was made and seconded to recommend Approval of Article 4. Vote: 4Ã0
At 7:26 .., Ms. Hai called a recess for the meeting to move to the Cary Memorial

BuildingÈs Battin Hall to attend the reconvening of STM #1, its immediate adjournment until
December 7, 2015, and then the Town Meeting Member AssociationÈs Information Session.
No Committee deliberations were held or votes taken during the Information Session
through 9:33 ..
