Approvals
• Meeting minutes from October 5, 2015 were approved unanimously.
Officer Reports
• Membership Chair (submitted via email prior to the meeting): An additional 20 members have
joined since October meeting, just under 60 members total. Team to discuss additional ideas to
drive up membership.
• Treasurer: Balance is $2,866.72.
• Co- Chair: Barbara Bailey has notified us that we need to update our by -laws. By -law committee
will consist of Robin Abrams, Jenn Yaar, Ann Wolf, and Mona Roy.
Upcoming Meeting Review
• December 3 —Jenn Yaar to send out notifications about Dec 3 meeting and Google form for
submitting questions.
• January meeting —date is confirmed for January 14 at Lexington Community Center; Jenn Yaar to
follow up with CTDS speakers regarding any materials to be created or needed for the session.
