involvement of this Committee)

Call to Order Ms Hai called the meeting to order in Open Session at 7.34 P M
At the same time, Mr Hai proposed that this Committee join the BoS by going into
Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property
(Exemption 6), and with the intention to reconvene in Open Session for further action
Further, as the Chair, she declared that an Open Meeting may have a detrimental effect on
the negotiating position of the Town She then individually polled this Committee Vote 4-0
This Committee was then in Executive Session (See the BoS Minutes for this Committee's
participation in the Executive Session)
At 8 40 P M , in conjunction with the BoS having just individually voted to return to Open
Session, Ms Hai then individually polled this Committee for it, too, to return to Open
Session Vote 4-0
This Committee was then in Open Session (See the BoS Minutes for this Committee's
participation in the Open Session)
Adjourn A Motion was made and seconded at 9 41 P M to adjourn Vote 4-0
