The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nicholas Santosuosso at 6:00 P.M.

2.EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT Caitlyn Kelleher
A.Greeley Village New Unit Project color review by Tom Chalmers, Austin Design
Inc., 6:00 P.M.-6:15 P.M.
Tom Chalmers, Greeley Village architect, reviewed the color selections and unit
details with the Board.
Upon a Motion by Leo P. McSweeney and seconded by Robert D. Peters, the
Board voted to approve the Greeley Village New Unit Project colors as presented
by Austin Design. The roll call vote was as follows:

3 NEW BUSINESS
6:15 P.M. Candidate interview for Executive Director position
Patricia Sullivan
The Board asked for the staff and tenant opinions of the candidates. The
consultant stated that John Hurd withdrew. The Board proceeded to rate each
candidate. After a tally of the votes, the candidate receiving the majority of votes
was Caileen Foley. The Board designated the chairman to contact her to meet and
offer the Executive Director position to her.
Upon a motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Leo P. McSweeney, the
Board voted to designate the chairman to contact Caileen Foley to meet and offer
the Executive Director position. The roll call vote was as follows:

5EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board voted to enter into Executive Session to discuss negotiations with
