1.ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nicholas Santosuosso at 5:05 P.M.

2.EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT Ephraim Weiss
A.Preliminary screening of resumes
D&V Mainsail has completed the Executive Director search and presented the
Board with a matrix and narrative of the nine resumes received along with their
recommendations. Due to this meeting being held in Open Session, candidates
will be referred to by a number as not to disclose personal information.
The Board reviewed all nine resumes along with D&V Mainsail. The Board
would like to interview 5 applicants. The consulting firm will set up the
interviews to be done right after the Regular monthly Board meeting of 9/9/15.
Due to a date conflict with Ms. White-Overton of D&V Mainsail, the Board
meeting will be scheduled for 9/10/15 at 5:00 P.M. so that interviews can begin at
6:00 P.M.
The interview process will be held on Open Session. Contract negotiations will be
discussed in Executive Session.
