member as Acting Director, not to return to open session.

The board discussed existing staff job descriptions and agreed to designate Chairman
Santosuosso and Commissioner Walker to meet with outgoing Executive Director Steven Keane,
Assistant Director Kathy Kilroy, along with Rick Leco to discuss transition issues, and to clarify
Ms Kilroy's role as Acting Director.
It was moved and seconded to adjourn.
