Executive Session called to order by chair, Nicholas Santosuosso on the adjournment of the open
session of the special meeting of July 16, 2015.

Presentation: by D&V/MainSail principals on executive search proposal and capabilities for the
selection of a new regular Executive Director for the Lexington Housing Authority. Additionally,
D&V/MainSail presented on their capability for assisting with the process for obtaining interim
executive leadership for the Authority while the search is under way for a regular Executive
Director.
Motion: To accept the proposal from D&V/MainSail for administration of the Executive Director
search on behalf of the Lexington Housing Authority for $3000; and for D&V/MainSail to assist
the Board of Commissioners with the search for interim executive leadership of the Lexington
Housing Authority at the rate of $75 per hour, not-to-exceed $2000.
