EXECUTIVE SESSION –JUNE 10, 2015
MINUTES
1.ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nicholas Santosuosso at 3:05 P.M.

2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the announcement by Executive Director
Steve Keane that he had received an offer from another housing authority to become
the Executive Director and that he would like to accept the offer.
The Board discussed options for conducting a search for a new Executive Director
and for management of the authority for an interim period. The Board agreed to meet
for further discussion in approximately two weeks subject to a call of the Chairman.
