Call to Order: At 7:41 p.m., concurrent with the BoS having called itself to order for the
Summit (Part 2 of 2),Ms. Hai called this CommitteeÈs meeting to order and this Committee
joined that Summit. (See the BoS Minutes of that event for this CommitteeÈs further
participation in the Summit.)
