Themeeting was not held as the Chairdetermined late on August5,2015, that there would
not be a quorum present for it the following morning.

On the evening of the 5, the Committee:
Sent e-mails advising of the cancellation to the Town ClerkÈs Office, to all members of
this Committee, to those non-Committee members who the Chair believed might be
planning to attend, and to the Town Meeting Member AssociationÈs e-mail list; and
Placed a notice of the cancellation at the door of the Reed Room so it would be there
the next morning at the time posted for that meeting.
