Call to order 9:45
Attending: Barbara White, Mona Roy, Robin Abrams, Bettina Mcalusey, , Pam Goldstein,
Jennifer Yaar, Lisa O' Brien, Ashley Waring, Carol Millard, Heidi Mann
SEPAC and SEPTA organizations are being separated to make things clearer for the
SPED compliance with SEPAC regulations. The SEPAC will act as a site council and the
SEPTA will be the organization that people will join.
Elections held for the executive boards of the SEPAC and the SEPTA.

Ideas for meetings next year
September 16, Library meeting room, evening open house we will do a sign up for food
October Dyslexia subgroup will screen a movie called The Big Picture ( will need science
lecture hall)
November Basic Rights
Other ideas but have not been assigned months;
1) Ellen and the new superintendent
2) Community therapeutic days school staff on sibling support group
3) Transition coordinator Mike Law we may have a joint meeting with Transition support
group we will want to have in September or early October
4) OT Faye , Natalie Cohen speech therapist
5) Guidance director
6) Eligibility issues and placement requirements
Since winter meetings are difficult and less well attended we have decided to move the
January meeting to mid -month and skip Feb as a meeting.
We need to continue to recruit for leadership roles for the following year.
