with the BoS, School Committee, Appropriation Committee, and Capital Expenditures
Committee, July 14, 2015

Call to Order: Ms. Hai called the meeting to order at 7:05 .. and this Committee joined

the Summit (Part 1 of 2). (See the BoS Minutes of that event for this CommitteeÈs further
participation in the Summit.)
Later the Summit recessed so the School Committee could deliberate on any revision to the
school-facilitiesÈ actions it had previously recommended to the Summit; however, this
Committee continued in session.
The Committee discussed whether to hold its meeting that is posted for July 16, 2015, at
7:30 .. The decision was to hold that meeting with the current Agenda, but to have a firm

stop at 8:30 ..

Subsequently the Summit resumed.
At 9:28 .. Part 1 of the Summit ended; with the Summit to be resumed on July 16, 2015,

at 7:15 .., in the same location.
