Business/ Patriot's Day
*The Committee discussed the concerns and last minute details for the upcoming
Patriot's Day activities.
* The number of convertibles needed and for whom.
*120 members of the Old Guard will be on the Green tomorrow (Saturday) at noon.
They will then go to Brookhaven for lunch at 2:30. Major Gen. Rice, Adjutant
General of the Massachusetts National Guard, will be at the Old Guard performance
and the Re-enactment.
* Lorain coordinated press coverage with Henry Liu of the Lexington Minutemen.
*The stakes will be put in on Sunday at 4:00pm. Meeting at Locust St.
*The parade roster underwent some final adjustments. Every effort was made to be
mindful of parade protocol for military groups. i.e. active duty groups come before
reserve units.
* Moved bands so that they are not all together.
* The Committee voted to approve adding the Hanscom Air Force Colorguard as a
unit to the parade.
* Further discussed time to be at the re-enactment and morning parade. The Sunrise
Youth Parade won't step off until the Minutemen arrive.

* The check-in desk for the afternoon parade opens at 11:30. Need to bthere at
11:00.
The meeting adjourned at 4:15.
