1.in 4th grade pairing up between classes
2.30 min daily, in 8 week sections
3.teachers meet once a week and discuss what the kids need
4.try to communicate with parents Ä Meg will read teachersÈ announcements/
websites, she can send something home as well as see that the teachers do
so

1.working with Fiske on writing prompts
2.now pairing with Hastings

1.highlight more kids through the Bridge Patriot program with stickers, has
immediate impact, do make announcements on Fridays if above and beyond

E.Special Education Program Ä Therapeutic Learning Program
1.program at Bridge and Estabrook, each fed by 3 schools
a)planning together, worked with consultants
b)the two programs have similar students, similar programs
2.full time social worker now; has 9 children in the program then she has time to
work with other teachers/students
3.now has 2 full time teachers in the program (had been 1.5FTE)

B.anxiety, starting in elementary school, Ðltering down from older grades, what can
be done in elementary school
C.what preparation with technology are we doing with elementary
