April 10, 2015
A Meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on April 10, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. located in
the Board of Selectmen's Meeting Room of the Town Office Building. In attendance:
Gregory Johnson, Chairman, Edmund C. Grant, Member, Caz Growblewski, Member,
Robert F. Lent, Director of Assessing and Sandra Pentedemos, Administrative Assistant.
Consent Agenda
Public Comment Time: There were no attendees.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3 -0 roll call vote to go into Executive
Session to discuss the Fiscal Year 2015 Real Estate Abatements, Personal Property
Abatements and Statutory Exemptions.
Executive Session
The Board approved thirty five (26) Fiscal Year 2015 Real Estate Abatement
Applications.
The Board denied nine (9) Fiscal Year 201 Real Estate Abatement Applications.
The Board approved three (3) Fiscal Year 2015 Personal Property Abatement
Applications.
The Board denied one (1) Fiscal Year 2015 Personal Property Abatement
Applications.
The Board approved a Fiscal Year 2015 Clause 41A Tax Deferral Exemption
Application.
The Board approved a Fiscal Year 2015 Clause 22 Veteran Exemption Application.
New Business: Member, Casimir Groblewski will be attending the Department of
Revenue, Course 101 Tax Rate Classification to obtain the Assessor's Certification.
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to adjourn the Executive Session
and return to the regular session at 11:05 a.m.

Continued:
The next scheduled Meeting will be held on April 24, 2015. The Board discussed
moving the Public Agenda start time to the first Item. Motion duly made and seconded.
Robert F. Lent, Director of Assessing will amend the Agenda and post with the Town
Clerks.
There being no other business a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to
adjourn the meeting at 11:15 a.m.
