Herald to share what has been
happening.
• Goals on SIP: Is there a plan for training
substitute teachers about Harrington
HAWKS and policies?
• Is there something all substitutes can
receive when they come that will help
them while at Harrington?
• Have the HAWKS matrix available for the
substitute to refer to.
• Teachers share out what they keep in
the sub folder
• Leave a class photo with students names
in substitute folder

ratings
• Number of years at Harrington was
related to knowledge of SIP

• There is disconnect between some
open -ended comments
• Talking to the students might give us
another side of the story
