Consensus among the stakeholder team — Solar + Expanded Firing Range + existing Town uses will work! Range of 1.75MW — 3.5MW under consideration. Prelim. results indicate a strong economic benefit. Supporting analysis provided by trusted third party specialist. • Next Steps: • Submit ISA application to NSTAR to capture position in queue. Note application does not bind the town and is at the developers expense and risk. • Engaging with affected / interested stakeholder groups and supporting committees. • Con Com / Board of Health • Finance and Capital • Completing preliminary site operational / regulatory analysis — 2 scenarios. • Permit requirements / timeline • Plan for site changes and timeline • Continuing to develop economic case options for presentation to BOS in Janua 2015.
