RE Berman's Wines & Spirits
Dear Mr Hopkins,
Joel Berman of Berman's Wines & Spirits, 55 Massachusetts Avenue,
Lexington, contacted the Commission on Disability about a complaint about the
parking at his establishment. Specifically the complaint was that there were no
lines painted to represent an access aisle between the handicapped parking spaces
as needed for van accessibility This was an omission after the parking lot was
repaved.
The Commission is pleased that this has been rectified satisfactorily and is
now in compliance Thank you
Sincerely,
Victoria Buckley
