1.Meeting called to order at 9 AM
2.Reviewed and approved minutes for December 8, 2014
3.Discussion and revision of Use Policy for LexCC
4.Discussion of Children in the LexCC policy
5.Next steps –
Harry, Florence and Betty will continue review the current Use Policy Draft, make suggestions,
Betty will incorporate into document for further discussion/approval at next meeting
Committee will also review Policy for children in the LexCC for discussion at next meeting
