Place and time: Reed Room, first floor, Town Office Building, at 10 AM
Members Present: Betty Borghesani, Chair, Florence Koplow, Harry Forsdick, Linda Vine
Members Absent: Koren Stembridge
Also Present: Karen Simmons

1.Meeting called to order at 10 AM
2.Reviewed and approved minutes for November 19, 2014
3.Discussion of Use Policy for LexCC, including:
Triaging method for determining priority of use – town programs, Lexington based non-profits,
Lexington citizens, commercial uses
Alcohol policy in town spaces
Fee schedule for use
4.Next steps –
Harry, Florence and Betty will review the current Use Policy Draft, make suggestions, Betty will
incorporate into document for further discussion/approval at next meeting
Committee will also review Policy for children in the LexCC for discussion at next meeting
