SEPAC BUSINESS MEETING
11/25/2014

Treasures report given by Barbara and approximately $75 was approved for a
holiday appreciation gift to the SPED administration
The minutes from the October business meeting were approved.
Communication plan was discussed. We will start to archive the minutes from
business meetings on the website.

The next SEPAC meeting is Dec 4 with Ellen Sugita. She will give the
presentation that she gave to the school committee on the results of the post IEP
satisfaction surveys. Robin will solicit and compile questions from the community
for the meeting.
The January SEPAC meeting on organization is a morning meeting. Jenn will
find a location and figure out the limit for the event.
The March meeting with Jessica Minihan will be advertised more broadly to the
community. We will try and get the science lecture hall to accommodate more
people.
The LPS administration has some concerns about the dual SEPAC/SEPTA
organization. We may need to split into two different entities. Jenn and Robin are
in ongoing discussion with LPS.
We decided to change the host for the website because we can save money
Robin’s husband has volunteered to move the host site from Vista Print to
Yahoo. Vote was approved to pay for both during the transition.

Lisa O’Brian announced an Out of District support group meeting for Dec 10 12-
1:30. She will advertise on the list-serves.
Ellen Sugita is working with the master plan on the overcrowding issues and is
keeping us informed as to the plans for the SPED programs.
