Date: Wednesday, October 1, 2014
Place and time: Board of Selectmen Meeting Room, Town Office Building at 1:30 PM
Members Present: Betty Borghesani, Chair, Harry Forsdick, Linda Vine, Koren Stembridge
Members Absent: Florence Koplow
Also Present: Jon Himmel, Laura Hussong

1.Meeting called to order at 1:30 PM.
2.Minutes of September 4, 2014 reviewed and approved.
3.Reviewed Governance/Operations report to be reviewed at ahCCAC meeting scheduled for
October 3.
4.Discussion regarding what hours the LexCC should have upon opening in Spring, 2015. Felt
that some extended hours would be beneficial right from the beginning. Budget, available staff
and volunteers are large factor. During non-business hours will still need program person,
custodian, question volunteers
5.It was recognized that the list of Policies and Procedures will need to be further developed.
6.Meeting adjourned at 3:00 PM
