JoePatosentaletterofsupportto 4.Photo(SteveTabeling) Mr.Tabelingtookthegroupphoto. 5.UpdateonLexHAB:Busa,FairviewandLeary;andBoS(BetseyWeiss) Mr.PatoupdatedMs.Weiss.Ms.WeissrelatedthatMr.PatowouldliketoseetheFairviewprocess completed,andthenfollowedbytheBusaprocess.Whentheyarecomplete,thenmoveonto completetheLearyprocess.Mr.KennedyofLexHABagreesthatitisappropriatetostartwith Fairview,demonstratesuccess,andthenmoveon. 6.ConsiderationofLHPlettertotheBoSrequesting$50,000inCPAfundsforLearydesignworkand requesting$700,000inCPAfundsforLexHABpropertyacquisition(Mr.Pressman) Mr.PressmanmovedthatLHPsendaletterpromptlytoBOSaskingthatBOSsubmit2funding requeststoCPCbytheNovember1,2014deadlineforproposalsforthenextannualTownMeeting. Theseare\[a\]requestfor$50,000forusebyLexHABtosecureplantoimplementsuggestionsof Learysitecommitteeand\[b\]requestfor$700,000forusebyTownorLexHABtosecureasiteto replicateaFairviewtypeapproach. Ms.Walkersecondedthemotion. ThePartnershipdiscussedthemotion.Mr.Pressmanstatedthatthepurposeofthemotionwasto secureCPAfundingtoimplementsuggestionsforBoardofSelectmenhousingprioritiesinthenext year,adoptedbyLHPinMay2014.Themotionfailedwithavoteof1infavor,5againstandno abstentions. Ms.VanCampenpointedoutthatDanGaulinmightbeavailabletoassistwiththiseffort. 8.Considerationofaproposalfortwocommunitytrainingsessions MetroWestCollaborativeDevelopment(MWCD)isplanningtoholdtwotrainingcommunity trainingsessionsineachcommunityservedbyMWCD.Ms.Foutterhassecuredfundingforthe LexingtontrainingsessionsthroughtheCambridgeSavingsBank.Ms.Foutterhasalsoofferedthe CambridgeSavingsBankasavenueforthetrainingsessions.
