Board of Assessor’s Meeting
November 18, 2013
A Meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on November 18, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
located in the Reed Meeting Room of the Town Office Building. In attendance: William
Jackson, Chairman, Edmund Grant, Member, Gregory Johnson, Member, Robert Lent,
Director of Assessing, Bruce Morgan, Senior Assessor, Rob Addelson and Sandra
Pentedemos, Administrative Assistant.
Consent Agenda
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Public Comment Time: There were no attendees.
The Board discussed the following Items on the Agenda:
The Board reviewed and discussed the exhibit options for the Fiscal Year 2014
Classification Tax Rate Packet in preparation for the evenings, Board of Selectmen’s
Public Hearing and Information Session. The Finance Director, Rob Addelson was
present for general discussion with the Board.
There were no discussions of pending Appellate Tax Board cases.
The Board discussed receiving a draft of various regular Meeting Minutes held during
the month of April, October, and November of 2013, in preparation to the next
scheduled meeting.
There being no other business a motion was duly made and seconded, it was voted
3 – 0 roll call to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
The next scheduled Meeting will be held on December 2, 2013.
