Board of Assessor’s Meeting
April 26, 2013
A Meeting of the Board of Assessors was held on April 26, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. located in
the Parker Room (Room G15) of the Town Office Building. In attendance: William
Jackson, Chairman, Edmund Grant, Member, Gregory Johnson, Member, Robert Lent,
Director of Assessing and Elaine Melahouris, Residential Analyst / Inspector.
Consent Agenda
Public Comment Time: There were no attendees.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3-0 roll call vote to go into Executive
Session to discuss Real Estate Abatements, Appellate Tax Board Cases and Statutory
Exemptions.

Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to adjourn the Executive Session
and return to the regular session at 9:35 a.m.
There being no other business a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to
adjourn the meeting at 9:40 a.m.
