In attendance were: Chairman Michael Bliss, members Alan Wrigley, Charles Lamb, Tom Olivier and Ken Karnofsky from the Lexington Community Farm Coalition, Inc. (LexFarm). Meeting called to order by Chairman Michael Bliss. Brief discussion about conservation restriction. It appears that Town Counsel did not take our previous suggestions. We decided to postpone the discussion until we have feedback from the Town. Tom has done a little research on the Farm Bureau. He was concerned when it was first raised as a potential holder of the restriction. He now feels that it will be a satisfactory party to the restriction Mike feels that he has a handle on minutes to be posted on website. Post minutes on website each meeting after they are approved. Committee request for annual Town report, Mike will prepare and send around for input.
