Meeting Minutes for May 22, 2014
Attendees: Melinda Walker, Joe Pato, Harriet Cohen, Betsey Weiss, Tom Harden, Wendy Manz, Nancy

The meeting was chaired by Betsey Weiss and the minutes were taken by Harriet Cohen. The meeting
was called to order at 7:40 pm.
1. Discuss recommendations from LHP to send to the BOS for 6/19 BoS Goal Setting Meeting
The LHP edited the recommendations that had previously been proposed. The LHP agreed on a set
of recommendations. Ms. Cohen will send out a copy to the LHP membership for their information.
Ms. Weiss will inquire as to the recipient of the recommendations and Ms. Cohen will send the
recommendations.
2. Busa
The BoS has provided funds for an engineering traffic study. These funds were provided from
previously allocated moneys.
3. Review of Open Meeting Law
Ms. Walker provided a review of the Open Meeting Law presentation by the Town.
4. New Business
Mr. Pato informed the committee that the BoS reviewed the first draft of the historic preservation
restriction for Marrett Road. No action was taken by the BoS. The Lexington Historical Society is the
holder of the restriction.
5. Next Meeting
The LHP will meet on June 26 at 7:30 pm.
