2.EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT
A.Approve change order for Vynebrooke Village Water Remediation Project
This is a CPA funded project that is being completed substantially under budget,
even with this required change order. The change order is to bring the project to
compliance under the current electrical code.
$5,400.00 is the cost to run new electrical conduit and wiring from the basement
to the first floor hallway so staff can turn on basement lights before entering the
confined space. Currently the staff must climb into the confined dark space to turn
on the pull chain light which is dangerous as it is not GFCI protected. The
electrical box will also have a warning light that will be alert staff of a pump
failure. $600.00 is for 2 spare pumps as emergency replacements.
Upon a motion by Nicholas Santosuosso and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board
voted to approve change order # 1 in the amount of $6,000.00 for O’Reilly Contracting f
for the Vynebrooke Village Water Remediation Project. The roll call vote was as
follows:
