Place and time: Selectman’s Meeting Room, Town Office Building at 10:00 AM
Members Present: Betty Borghesani, Chair, Harry Forsdick, Linda Vine, Koren Stembridge

1.Meeting called to order at 10:00 AM.
2.Minutes of August 12, 2014 reviewed and approved.
3.At the invitation of Programming Committee, Harry and Betty attended their meeting last
week. Purpose was for them to review the matrix for programs and room use they have
created. Discussion of interdependence of function of the two committees. It was decided that
we would hold a second joint meeting on Thursday, September 4, 2014, at 1 PM to review the
work of the Governance/Operations Committee to date.
4.Review of Draft document Recommendations of Governance/Operations Working Group of
ahCCACfor management of LexCC. Document will be emailed to committee members for
further review before Sept. 4 meeting.
5.A list of Lexington Community Center Policies and Procedures will also be sent to committee
members for review and additions before the Sept. 4 meeting.
6.Agenda for Sept. 4 joint meeting reviewed.
7.Next meeting August September 4, 2014, at 1 PM
8.Meeting adjourned at 11:10 AM.
