Property owner trail easement protocol - All contacts and negotiations will go
through Karen Mullins, Town Conservation Administrator. A meeting has been
set up with the conservation administrator in Arlington for Keith, Mike, Rick &
Karen to discuss ACROSS signage on Arlington property.
Funding update - The GCC has an additional $10,000 coming over the next 2
years from the Community Preservation Act funds. The Community Preservation
Committee can hold what we don't spend immediately. These funds are for FY
2014 and 2015.
Pedestrian traffic signal at Bedford St, Hartwell Ave - This improved crossing is in
the plans, but there is no timetable yet. We will keep our ears open.
Mapping files - Mike has the maps from Emily Schadler and will be working on
them.
May 17 Greenbelt walk - Rick is the coordinator for the Middlesex Fells-to-
Riverside segment. This will include Lower Vine Brook down to Lot 1 in Lexington,
and the Waltham Land Trust is also involved.
