Nick Afshartous addressed the Commission regarding plans to
take down the chimney in the back of his house. He will patch the roof with shingles matching
what is on the roof at this time.

1475 Massachusetts Avenue (Muzzey High Condo):
Carol Shum spoke to the Commission
regarding installing solar panels at Muzzey High Condos. She was encouraged to speak with
some solar companies and come back with the plans they give her.
21 Muzzey Street:
Sally DeGan presented initial plans of a structure to be built at 21 Muzzey
Street. The Commission was pleased with the plans. They will come back to an HDC meeting
in the near future.
