Options for Bedford Street, Hartwell Ave, and Wood Street. Now, focus is on Hartwell Ave, specifically the intersection of Hartwell Ave and Maguire Rd 4 Existing Pedestrian/Bicycle Accommodations On-Street Bike Lanes No Pedestrian Accommodations On-street bike lanes are provided along Hartwell Ave south of the Minuteman Bikeway crossing. North of the crossing, there are no bike accommodations. No pedestrian accommodations are present along the length of Hartwell Ave 5 Existing Maguire Road Operations 6 Recent Crash Experience 7 Corridor Study Plan Recommended plan from 2010 had a 4-lane section north of Maguire Rd and a 3-lane section south of Maguire Rd, connected by a modern multi-lane roundabout at Maguire Rd. 8 Existing Conditions Maguire Road Hartwell Avenue 9 Alternatives Signal Roundabout 10 Why a Roundabout?
