Potential membership for Search Committee:  Leo McSweeney – Chair, Selectmen  Deborah Brown – Chair, Appropriations  George Burnell – Capital  Susan Bottan – School Business Manager  School Committee Representative  Marge Battin – Moderator  Bill Dailey – Former Selectman  Hank Manz – TMMA  Norman Cohen – citizen  Anthony Logalbo – Concord Finance Director  Paul Marshall – Former Selectman  Janet Perry – Personnel Advisory Board  William Kennedy - Selectman Step 2: Search Committee will work with a Peer Panel, made up of members of the Senior Management Team and Department Heads in Finance, to discuss search process and skill set/qualifications for Finance Director/Comptroller position and bring skill set/qualification to Board to vote on. Step 3: Search Committee will report to BOS after potential process. Step 4: Position will be advertised via newspapers, newsletters, websites, and direct mailings as well as other outreach methods: possible sources for advertisements. Newspapers: Boston Globe Newsletters: International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA) Websites: International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA) BostonWorks.com Affirmative Action sources – to be determined Direct Mailing: Mailing of job brochure to GFOA mailing list Step 5: Search Committee to select 3-5 finalists to be interviewed by BOS.
