EXECUTIVE SESSION
October 19, 2009
PRESENT: Chairman Cohen, Mrs. Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Manz and Mr. Burnell; Mr.
Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5-0 by roll call to go into executive session
for the purpose of real property and collective bargaining, with no intent to return to open
session.
Busa Farm
The Department of Environmental Protection is now involved in the cleanup of the land and that
may push off the closing until spring. The Selectmen agreed that there would be one deed for
the entire property and if necessary it could be split at a later time.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 10:50 p.m.
