Place and time: Ellen Stone Room, Cary Memorial Building, 9 AM
Members Present: Betty Borghesani, Chair, Florence Koplow, Harry Forsdick, Linda Vine

1.Meeting called to order at 9 AM.
2.Minutes of May 12 and May 22 approved as amended.
3.Survey of other Community Centers has begun. Harry, Florence, and Betty will input
information into electronic version developed by Harry to help in quantifying and qualifying data.
Discussion to be continued.
4.Arrangement has been made to use Estabrook gym and cafeteria as annex for Community Center
functions on evening and weekends.
5.Discussion of policies needed for governance and smooth functioning of CC. Linda Vine will
start list of existing town policies, such as Cary Memorial Policy for display of art work. Further
discussion at next meeting.
6.Next meeting – June 19, 2014 at noon, CC, 39 Marrett Road, upstairs conference room
