1.Meeting called to order at 12:05 PM.
2.Reviewed questionnaire developed by Harry Forsdick and Betty Borghesani to be used when
contacting designated Community Centers. Harry will incorporate suggested changes and
distribute to committee members.
3.Reviewed and assigned towns to be surveyed:
Brookline Teen Center Florence
Chatham Community Center Florence
Harwich Community Center Florence
Hingham Betty
Natick Community Center Harry
North Andover Youth Center Harry
Sudbury Community Center Betty
Weston Community Center Betty
Kittery Maine Community Center Harry
4.Next steps – Harry, Florence and Betty to complete survey with centers listed, report back to sub-
committee
5.Next meeting – choice of June 11,12, or 13, will poll members.
6.Meeting adjourned at 1:30
