CONSTRUCTION PHASING - GENERAL
1. INSTALL CONSTRUCTION SIGNING, DRUMS AND OTHER TRAFFIC CONTROL
DEVICES AS REQUIRED, PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT DO ANY WORK THAT WILL INTERFERE WITH
THROUGH TRAFFIC DURING THE PEAK HOURS OF 7:00 A.M.' TO 9:30 A.M.
AND 3:30 P.M. T0,6:00 P.M.
2. NEXT, CONSTRUCT ROADWAY WIDENING AND INSTALL CURBING.
3• NEXT, CONSTRUCT WIDENING AT CORNERS.
4, NEXT, CONSTRUCT TRAFFIC ISLANDS. INSTALL PROPOSED SIGNING.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL LIMIT OPERATIONS TO ONE CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION AT ANY ONE TIME.
6, REMOVE ALL TEMPORARY SIGNING AND OTHER TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.
