Well drained Chariton soils, somewhor excessively drained Hollis soils and Rock outcrops, that occur
in such intricate patterns on the landscape, that it is not practical to separate them at the scale of mapping.
Generally these areas consist of about 50% Chariton soils, 157 Hollis soils, 10% Rock outcrop and 25% other soils.
Major Limitations: are related to rockiness and slope, and depth to bedrock in the Hollis soil. Additionally
Chariton soils Major Limitations: Slope & stoniness. Hollis soils Major Limitations: depth of bedrock, rockiness, and slope.
267 PAXTON –URBAN LAND COMPLEX 3 TO 15% SLOPES; APPROX. 90% OF MAIN SITE SOIL.
Gently sloping to very steep: deep well—drained soils, Friable FINE SANDY LOAM, slow or very slow permeability.
Limitations: slow permeability in substratum, slope &stoniness.

CONCLUSION BY VIRTUE OF THE MODERATE TOPOGRAPHY, AMENABLE
HYDROLOGY AND PROXIMITY TO SITE ACCESS AND EGRESS
THE AREA TO THE WEST OF THE DELINEATED BORDERING
VEGETATED WETLAND IS THE MOST SUITED TOWARDS
DEVELOPMENT, WITH THE NARROWER AREA AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER SECOND.
