3. ALL WATER MAIN TO BE 6" CLD1 PIPE. INDIVIDUAL LATERALS TO
BE 1" COPPER OR 1" PE TUBING.
4. THE SITE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EROSION
AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL MEASURES DURING CONSTRUCTION.
POST CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE SHALL BE PERFORMED BY THE
HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE
COVANENTS AND RESTRICTIONS.
5. STAKED HAYBALES WITH SILTATION FENCE, SHALL BE INSTALLED
WHERE INDICATED ON THE PLANS AND IN OTHER APPROPRIATE
LOCATIONS WHERE WARRANTED. THESE BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTALLED
PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK ON SITE AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS. A SUPPLY OF HAYBALES
AND SILT FENCE SHALL BE KEPT ON SITE TO REPLACE ANDIOR REPAIR
BARRIERS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DEGRADED. THE BARRIERS SHALL BE
OBSERVED AND MAINTAINED AS NECESSARY ON A WEEKLY BASIS DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
6. TEMPORARY INLET PROTECTION BARRIERS CONSISTING OF SILT
SACKS WILL BE PLACED AROUND ALL CONSTRUCTED DRAINAGE INLETS.
THE PURPOSE OF THE FILTER IS TO PREVENT THE INFLOW OF
SEDIMENTS INTO THE CONSTRUCTED DRAINAGE SYSTEMS, INFILTRATION
SYSTEMS IN PARTICULAR. THE BARRIERS SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL
A PERMANENT C O VER IS ESTABLISHED OR DIVERSIONS AWAY FROM THE
INLETS ARE CONSTRUCTED. THE BARRIERS SHALL BE OBSERVED AND
MAINTAINED AS NECESSARY ON A WEEKLY BASIS DURING CONSTRUCTION.
7. TEMPORARY DIVERSION SWALES AND MOUNDS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED
TO DIVERT STORMWATER AWAY FROM AREAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION TO
LIMIT SEDIMENT TRANSPORT. THESE DIVERSIONS WILL BE RELOCATED
AS CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSES. HAY BALE CHECK DAMS WILL BE
INSTALLED IN SWALES AS NECESSARY TO LIMIT SCOUR AND SEDIMENT
TRANSPORT.
8. THE SURFACE OF ALL DISTURBED AREAS SHALL BE STABILIZED DURING AND AFTER
CONSTRUCTION. TEMPORARY MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN DURING CONSTRUCTION TO
PREVENT EROSION AND SILTATION. ALL FINISHED SURFACES SHALL BE STABILIZED WITH FINISH
MATERIALS OR PERMANENT VEGETATIVE COVER. SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MEASURES
WILL BE UTILIZED ON THIS PROJECT AS CONDITIONS MAY WARRANT: TEMPORARY SEEDING,
TEMPORARY MULCHING, PERMANENT SEEDING, PLACEMENT OF SOD, HYDROSEEDING,
PLACEMENT OF HAY, PLACEMENT OF JUTE NETTING.
9. DURING CONSTRUCTION, THE SUBSURFACE INFILTRATION I RECHARGE BASIN SHALL BE
INSPECTED DURING AND AFTER ALL STORM EVENTS TO ENSURE THERE IS NO SEDIMENT
ACCUMULATION OR DEGRADATION OF INFILTRATIVE SURFACES.
10. A CONTINGENCY PLAN TO ADDRESS THE SPILLAGE/RELEASE OF 10. PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
AND ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED FOR THE SITE DURING
CONSTRUCTION. SEE OPERATION & MATERIALS PLAN FOR DETAILS.
11. ALL PROPOSED ROOF DRAINS SHALL BE CONNECTED TO AN 11. INFILTRATION BASIN EXCEPT
BACK (WEST) ROOF OF LOT 4.
