SOIL DESCRIPTION
The site consists primarily of Hollis, Montauk, and Whitman soils. All three of these
soils tend to have friable sandy loam surface material and subsoils that have
moderate or moderately rapid permeability over a firm loamy coarse sand to sandy
loam substratum (hardpan) or bedrock, which results in slow permeability. Major
limitations of these soils includes: depth of bedrock, slope, slow permeability and
stoniness.
NOTES
None of the existing structures on the site are considered historically or
architecturally significant.
