NEGOTIATING SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.

Negotiating Subcommittee members David Becker, David Buczkowski and Nick Lauriat

The committee reviewed major agenda items for the January 22 meeting with Jane Lyman from
Comcast, and decided on following list:
1. Terms of payment in lieu of providing I-Net, as funding for improved Town communications
2. Comcast to provide HD PEG channel
3. Comcast to provide improved cable TV services to public buildings
4. (non-License issue) Comcast to provide offered Internet service to schools
The meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM.
