• Assistant principal Julia Hendrix joined
discussions for a more detailed update
and program analysis.
• Question by a committee member on
the different aspects of the HAWKS
program and its 'transitions' from lunch
room accolades to bigger picture within
the Harrington community.
• Assistant principal meets regularly with
SSP Staff (School Support Personnel)
for training
• Parent representatives commented
on the overall success of the HAWKS
program.
• HAWKS Council Student Leadership
presented and proposed a
"Harrington Spirit Day" to School
principal
• Staff participated in a 2 day training
seminar with Jerry Schultz
• Some Staff members have
participated in additional 'de-
escalation' training seminars.
