A quorum of five was present. Members Present: Mark Sandeen, Chair Rick Abrams, Rick Reibstein, Todd Rhodes, Dan Voss Members Absent: None Other Attendees: None The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. The committee unanimously approved the language for the two motions being presented to Town Meeting on 3/20/2013: Article 29 Amend General Bylaws Ã Contracts and Deeds (Solar Energy Purchasing) Article 33 Climate Change Resolution The committee discussed potential topics for the All Things Sustainable column. The committee received a resume from a college student interested in an unpaid summer internship position. The committee agree to consider the request is tangible projects could be identified.
