Call to Order Norman called the meeting to order.
Secretary's Minutes of March 21, 2013. Peter Kelley made a motion, seconded by MaryAnn
Stewart to approve the minutes of March 21, 2013. The motion passed.
Peter Kelley made a motion to appoint Jeri Zeder as a representative from the Foundation to
the Board of Trustees.
Foundation Report
Jean Krieger reported
• There is one month reaming in the Foundation Annual Appeal
• The Foundation hosted a well attended library event on May 19 for donors
• The Legacy Society Tea will becoming up in June
Friends Report
Phyllis Brooks of the Friends reported that the May Book Sale was successful netting $6500
Strategic Plan
Maureen Sullivan, Strategic Plan Consultant explained how she under Koren's leadership and
the staff were able to create a framework for the plan. She talked about how she got to know
the community through the meetings. It has been her privilege to be part of this effort.
Koren expressed her appreciation to staff who worked on the plan and the Advisory Committee
and Jeri Zeder who helped tweak our plan.
