Executive Session under Exemption 6— Mr. Wolk updated the CPC regarding the land acquisition of a parcel of land located in the Upper Vine Brook Neighborhood. He stated that Town Counsel is performing a title inquiry because of an issue regarding the title has been raised. It was also noted that there are many uncertainties going forward because of the lack of a will and claims of potential heirs. Mr. Wolk mentioned that there is a desire for the family to sell the property so that the proceeds can help assist the owner who is in very frail health. Mr. Pressman requested that additional information be added to the 10-4-18 Executive Session minutes to include more detailed information about the financial figures presented in the independent appraisals pertaining to the parcel of land being considered for acquisition. The CPC agreed to amend the 10-4-18 Executive Sessions minutes to add more information regarding the appraisals. It was decided to add the actual figures of the two appraisals including a breakdown of land value, house value, and the combined total. The CPC deemed that this was the only amendment necessary. At 5:30 PM, after a motion duly made and seconded, the CPC voted in a roll call vote 1 (9-0) to exit Executive Session and return to Open Session to attend to the remaining agenda items.
