Business Meeting Minutes
July 11th
Business meeting called to order at 9:35 am
I. Call to order

II. Officer's Report
a. President's Report
i. Jennifer to post updated officer information to the date
ii. Liaisons to be contacted about renewing their partnership
1. ETS meetings will be a high priority during and occur during the first
month of the year campus
2. Interface with the regular PTA is also an option through the PTO
presidents; team to verify that correct information is on websites and
verify list -serve notification procedures
iii. LABBB Recreational Survey
1. Prior to sending, Jennifer to give a courtesy call to LABBB to determine
status
b. Membership /Treasurer
i. No changes in membership numbers
ii. Mailbox at administration has been set -up
iii. 2013 -14 Membership forms will be available August 1 5t
1. Electronic online form /with print information
2. Button will be on front page
3. 2013 -14 year will be data scrub and update
a. Membership is required for List Serve Member
iv. Amazon Simple Pay is authorized for non - profits;
c. Secretary
i. Schedule High School media room for the 1 5t Thursday of the month with the
exception of September; Bronte to schedule with city
III. Programming Options (To be confirmed)
a. September 12 — Let's Get Organized (Jennifer Y.) /Evening
b. October 3 — Resource Sharing Meet Up (Team)
c. November 7 -Ellen Sugita, Director of Special Education (Jennifer)
d. December — Social Skills — Hands on Approach (Ann)
e. January 9 — Pre - school and elementary focused meeting with LexFun (Robin)
f. February -Dr. Ashe update (Jennifer)
g. March— Bridging the Gap — Shut Up about your Perfect Kid (Robin)
h. April — Constructive Relationships — (Federation /BSE Mediator) /(Jennifer)
i. May— Structuring Summer for Success (options for recreational survey /table) ( Bronte)
