Minutes December 18, 2012

1. November Meeting:
The meeting was called to order by Jeanne Krieger. The
NovemberMinutes were approved by the group.
2. Webscene Presentation:
The new Hanscom Field Webscene interactive web page
was introduced to the group. Sharon Williams demonstrated its user friendly
functions and capabilities. The group was informed that some minor copy edits and
additions were expected to be made before the site was made available for public use.

Dorothy Steele presented the Capital Projects and Third Party Development Reports
and in response to questions noted that:
The Environmental Status Report consultant team met with Hanscom Field
tenants. A survey will be developed to review commuting habits; identify
areas of residence/work; gather ideas for the development of alternative
modes of transportation suggestions, offer an opportunity to discuss
enhancements/detriments to commuting methods.
Retrix has opened operations in Worcester. Massport is currently reviewing
the Rectrix Fuel Farm and Foundation Tenant Alteration Applications.
Since Streamhere have been no discussions with cargo or
commercial air operators.
The Hanscom Drive landscaping projects continues to be delayed due to
MassDOT and MMNHP jurisdictional issues.
It is expected that the will be erected by the
end of December 2012
Stormwater flow control modeling was approved by DEP. The majority of
the runoff is initiated by the Hanscom Air Force Base. FB is in progress.
