Impact on CPA Fund - Assumptions
■ The CPA revenue will grow annually by 3.5%
■ The annual State match will continue at 27.7%
■ 10% of annual projected revenue will be appropriated to 3 statutory reserves
■ 10% appropriated into a discretionary 4th reserve to fund recreation projects or
supplement the 10% in each or all of the 3 statutory reserves
■ Financing of major current or future projects eligible for CPA funding be
through debt— 10 year term assuming 4% interest rate
■ Major projects in the model include:
• The Wright Farm acquisition
• The Marrett Road acquisition
• Improvements to 33 Marrett Road identified in the Cecil Report
• Cary Hall renovations
• Center Pool renovations
• Center Track reconstruction
