EXECUTIVE SESSION —APRIL 10, 2013
MINUTES
1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Robert D. Peters at 7:30 P.M.

2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the review of Executive Director
Steve Keane.
Melinda had drafted a short form with guidelines which was given to each Board
member to complete.
The final review was done by the Chairman Melinda Walker who compiled the
information into a report distributed to the Board and Steve. The review was more
than satisfactory. There was a brief discussion regarding the difficulty of reviewing
the Executive Director without having input from employees or tenants.
