Meeting Minutes
April 5, 2013
Present: Albert Zabin, Linda Vine, Michael McLean, Emily Lavine, Bonnie Brodner,
Hank Manz, Melissa Buttaro, Bhumip Khasnabish, Fuang-Ying Huang
Meeting was called to order at 8:05 am
Follow up on the March incident:
Linda will edit the drafts as discussed in the meeting to address the March, 2013 incident
to both the alleged victim and the business owner involved.
Melissa will draft a letter to area business regarding diversity and to encourage business
owners to pledge to serve the increasing diversified community.
Action items:
1.Reach out to other Lexington Town departments.
2.Future programs that help Lexington business in inclusion and diversity.
Police Dept. report:
A pro-gun rally by a national pro-firearms organization is scheduled on April 19, 2013 on
Lexington Battle Green. The LPD doesn’t anticipate any issue.
Next Meeting: Friday, May 3rd at 8:00 a.m. in the Board of Selectmen’s Meeting Room
